Many have fled poverty, oppression, and all manner of hardship in their homelands and are grateful for the opportunities and freedom that an affluent western country offers them.
They come to succeed; they have drive and willing to do whatever it takes to become successful.
They are prepared to work hard, look for opportunities and for most are conscientious about obeying the rules so as to fulfill their desires. They are generally not selfish but doing it for their whole family.
