Kirsty Dunphey – Millionaire at 23!
Kirsty Dunphey blasting her way to being a self made millionaire at 23, self made multi millionaire by 25 and retired at age 27. In 2002 Kirsty was the youngest recipient of the National Winner of Telstra’s Young Business Woman of the Year Award in Australia! She is a passionate entrepreneur, starting with property investment and real estate, building wealth, youth potential, and now delivers keynote speeches around the world and heads up a number of businesses. Kirsty had two businesses and two part time jobs at the age of 15 working in her parent’s small business or opening her first business at 15.
The fact that her parents went bankrupt only gave her more motivation and determination. When 21 years old and the banks wouldn’t give her funding to open a real estate agency she was not discouraged she operated from a 2 bedroom apartment with no phones or internet site. She had a team of three, all owners of the company and grew to 50 operating from 6 locations. Once again the bank would not help her out when she was purchasing her 6th investment property she was creative and found a solution.
Her first books tell her story Advance to Go, Collect $1Million was released in 2005 and her second Retired at 27, If I can do it anyone can! in 2007. She shows you how to use simple techniques to change your mindset and change your life! She has passion, knowledge and experience and through speaking, training, coaching and a wide variety of products and materials Kirsty takes that passion, that experience and drive and injects it into the lives of others. She is a humanitarian and gives back through her ‘Elephant Property’ baby brand … you buy one of the outfits and she donates one to a baby in a 3rd world nation.
